Building on the success of last year’s anime collaboration, the brand once again partners with globally popular virtual singer Hatsune Miku — this time bringing together the full lineup of Piapro Characters, including Kagamine Rin, Kagamine Len, Megurine Luka, MEIKO and KAITO. The collaboration introduces a new campaign for Cup Noodles STIR, spanning product launches, animated commercial, and offline activations to further expand the brand’s appeal.

Playful Chibi Animation: A Fun Take on Cup Noodles STIR Preparation

The newly released animated commercial features the Piapro Characters in adorable chibi form, brought to life through playful head-tilting motions as they pour and drain water, vividly illustrating the simple preparation steps of Cup Noodles STIR, including adding water, draining it and mixing the noodles, while adding a fresh and playful twist to the classic Cup Noodles experience. Cup Noodles STIR is available in three popular flavours, each offering its own distinctive profile.

• Seafood Flavour - reimagines the classic favourite as a stir noodle, enhanced with thicker, springy noodles and ingredients such as crab sticks and egg for a richer, more savoury taste.
• Spicy Seafood Flavour - combines bold seafood notes with the aromatic heat of kimchi, delivering a layered spiciness that builds with every bite.
• Rosé Pasta Flavour - blends spicy sauce with cheese powder to create a balanced sweet and spicy profile, paired with chewy thick noodles for a more indulgent experience.

Limited Box Set - Features Six Special Edition STIR Noodles and Hatsune Miku Plush Charm

This time around, the “Cup Noodles STIR x Piapro Characters” Limited Box Set includes all three flavours of the special edition Cup Noodles STIR, each with two different Piapro Characters designs in chibi and anime styles, creating six collectible designs in total. Each box also includes one randomly selected “Cup Noodles x Hatsune Miku” Plush Charm, available in three designs. The mini charm features Hatsune Miku sitting inside a Cup Noodles STIR, complete with varied expressions and her signature headphones, making it a cute and highly collectible item. It will be available at selected retailers* in Hong Kong and Macau from mid-July, while stocks last.

ACGHK Debut: Exclusive Merchandise and Photo Moments

From 24 to 28 July 2026, Nissin Foods will host a “Nissin x Piapro Characters” themed booth at the Animation-Comic-Game Hong Kong (ACGHK), creating an engaging brand space for fans to explore. The booth will feature multiple Piapro Characters–themed photo spots designed with playful and visually engaging elements, allowing fans to capture memorable moments and experience the charm of each character.

Fans who register on-site as members of the Nissin Foodium WeChat Mini Program will receive a free “Cup Noodles STIR x Piapro Characters” Limited Edition Paper Bag, along with an instant photo with a choice of two themed photo frames. In addition, those who take photos at the booth and share them on social media using the designated hashtags, while following Nissin Foods’ Instagram account, can redeem a set of “Cup Noodles STIR x Piapro Characters” stickers

to take home as a memory.
