Nissin collaborates with IRVINS to launch a new exquisite instant stir noodle. Taking reference to the famous and traditional Singapore noodles, Mee Pok, we combine flat and bouncy noodles with salted egg flavour seasoning powder, bringing rich and slightly spicy taste to the consumers. On top of it, we add specially made salted egg flavour seasoning oil to enhance salted egg aroma. Finally, we put egg crumbs before serving. Combining all these, its unique taste, visual and smell make Nissin x IRVINS Salted Egg Flavour Stir Noodles irresistible.

Seasoning Powder Sugar, salted egg, creamer (glucose, vegetable fat, sodium caseinate, stabilisers [340, 451], emulsifiers [471, 481]), flavour enhancers (621, 635), spices (chili, garlic, black pepper, onion), salt, flavourings (chicken, acidity regulator [330], colour [150a]), stabilizer (1400), anticaking agents (551, 460), hydrolysed plant protein (soya), yeast extract (barley).
Seasoning Oil Palm oil, salted egg flavour, curry leaf flavour, paprika oleoresin.
Garnish Spring onion.

Egg crumbs (egg powder, starch, sugar, acidity regulator [451], colour [160a], leavening agent [503]).

Cooking Direction

  1. Open lid 1 halfway. Add garnish. Pour boiling water to inner line and close lid for 3 minutes.
  2. Open lid 2 to indicated line. Hold the bowl with both hands and drain water from bowl. (Caution Hot Water!)
  3. Remove lid. Add seasoning powder and seasoning oil. Mix well. Finally, add Egg Crumbs Topping and serve.
